• Used machine learning algorithms to identify genotypes and phenotypes associated with high-dimensional phenotype data.
• Working on developing deep convolutional network models to predict an individual’s genotype at a particular genome position from brain MRI.

• Worked on automatic segmentation of brain MR images using deep learning.
• Assisted fellow lab mate for classification of Alzheimer’s disease.

• Assisted the team working on project funded by National Research Foundation(NRF) Korea by implementing machine learning algorithms to find out the most relevant single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) that cause the Alzheimer Disease.
• Conducted research on label noise as part of my MS thesis.
